Jackie Dale Kemper

Jackie "Jack" Dale Kemper, age 78, passed away on November 6, 2021. He was born in Gallipolis, Ohio on April 26, 1943 to the late Foster Dale Kemper and Myrtle Faye Drummond. He is preceded in death by his parents; as well as James Dotson and Teresa Mullins. He is survived by his children, Regina (Rick) Graham, Jerri (Brian) Johnston, and Travis (Jenny) Kemper; grandchildren, Shana Kemper (Cody Marshall), Samantha Graham, Colton (Devon) Graham, Madison Johnston, Macy Johnston, Gage Kemper, and Todd (Tabatha) Johnston; many great grandchildren; sisters, Audrey, Jean, Juanita (Larry), Connie, and Kathy (Steve).
