Jacqueline "Jackie" Kern, 83, of Columbus, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2010. She was born January 15, 1927, in Columbus, daughter of the late Ralph and Imogene Tucker Burk. In addition to her parents, Jacqueline was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Kern and sister, Almida Sheets. She is survived by her sons, Thomas and David (Juliet) Kern; brother, William (Rose) Burk; grandchildren, Gerald, Allysha, Michael, Jacob, Catherine and Christimae; two great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, December 10, 2010 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd Columbus. Funeral service will be Saturday, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery.
