Jacqueline Ann Retherford

Jackie Ann Retherford, age 81 of Westerville, Ohio passed away February, 27th, 2024. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio to the late Jack and Francis Barrett. Jackie is survived by her children Michael (Sandy) Retherford, Amy Retherford, Mandy (Eric) Hagemann, grandchildren, Austin Hagemann, Alexis Hagemann, Alexander Jack Hagemann, Miranda (Tyler) Bacon, Stacey Retherford, Miriah Retherford, great- grandchild Bodi Oliver Hagemann, sisters, Pam (Jimmy) Sauer, and Beth Kremer, brothers, Tom (Linda) Barrett, and Chris (Sherry) Barrett, sister-in-law Janet Sackenheim Barrett, best friend for over 50 years Helen Blue, and Cindy Aisel for over 30 years, bonus daughter Becky Turner, several nieces, nephews, and cousins, five grand dogs that are going to miss her very much. Preceded in death by her parents, brother Michael Barrett, niece Leslie Sauer.

Jackie attended Notre Dame School for Girls. As a young adult Jackie loved to drag race and owned many cool cars. Jackie retired from The Ohio State University Veterinary Hospital and was a Ohio State fan. Everyone loved to be around her. She had the best sense of humor. She will be deeply missed especially by her daughters and her best friends who have taken care of her the past few years. Your life is a blessing, your memory a treasure. We love you Mom!

Friends may call at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH on Thursday, March 7, 2024 from 4:00pm until time of service at 7:00pm with Pastor Tim Womack officiating.

Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 1:00pm at St. Stephen's Cemetery, 1314 Greenwood Ave, Hamilton, OH 45011
