James G. Allen, 80, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2018. He was born on May 29, 1937 in Beauty, KY to the late Grethel (Collier) Cosgrove and George Allen.
Surviving family includes wife of 52 years, Barbara (Hall), sons, James (Tina) Allen, John Allen, daughter, Lisa (BJ) Coleman, sisters, Joan Syx, Evelyn (Jim) Dolan, brother, Jack (Melinda) Collingsworth, grandchildren, Amanda (Lee) Tracy, Ashley (Chris) Bradley, Daniel (Megan) Stewart, Whitney (Zach) Morrison, great-grandchildren, Lee Jr., Noah, Caleb, Laila.
Visitation will be held from 5-8pm, Monday, June 4, 2018 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
A funeral service will be held at 10am, Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, OH.
