James Edmund Bragg, 78, passed away July 24, 2022 with his family by his side. Jim was preceded in death by wife, Charlene Bragg; mother, Wilda Matthews; father, Walter Bragg; daughter, Valerie Burchett; brother, Don Bragg; granddaughter, Crystal Burchett; and step-daughter, Shonda Blanken.
Jim is survived by wife, Sharon Bragg; daughter, Becky (Jim) Peterson; son, Jeff (Johnny) Bragg; stepsons, Gary (Holly), Billy (Theresa), and Donnie (Kelly) Blanken; grandchildren, Heather Peterson, Ashley (Dustin) Heeter, Courtney (Kevin) Robertson, Landon (Tessa) Peterson, Candice (Josh) Prior, Caleb (Jessica) Bragg, Derek (Brittany) Bragg, Cathy Burchett, Larry Burchett, Skyler (Isaac) Cook, Madison Dutton, Elizabeth Blanken, Amber Ucker; 15 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Jim retired at age fifty from the State of Ohio and City of Columbus. Jim loved fishing and did it often. He spent part of his retirement in Celina, TN fishing at Dale Hollow Lake.
Visitation Friday, July 29, 2022 from 2pm until the time of Funeral Service at 4pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH.
