James C. Hammack, 65, passed away February 27, 2012. He was born May 4, 1946.
James was preceded in death by parents, Harold SR. and Dorothy Hammack. and siblings, Tom and Carol. He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy; daughter, Nancy (Ron) May; grandchildren, Don (Christina) Thomas, Dustin (Michelle) Thomas and Mahala (Ryan) Kline; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Madison, Leland, Emma and Braylon.
A memorial gathering will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 PM Friday, March 2, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123 with memorial service immediately following.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Home Reach Hospice, 180 East Broad St. Fl. 32, Columbus, OH 43215-9946.
