SHARON
James E. Sharon, 74, of Westerville, OH, passed away January 17, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Margaret Sharon, wife, Wanda Mae (Schmidt) Sharon, son, James Sharon Jr. and his sisters. Surviving family includes daughters, Sunday Schlaegel, Sandy (Tim) Prawdzik, Debbie (Ron) Hall, grandchildren, Michael (Erika) Schlaegel, James (Jennifer) Sharon III, Shannon Kobi, Joseph and Benjamin Prawdzik and 9 great-grandchildren. James was retired from CSX Railroad. He was a Mason at the Groveport Lodge # 240. He was past master at the Moorehaven Lodge #61 and also a member of the Eastern Star. He spent most of his life involved in all kinds of sports, either playing, coaching or umpiring. James was a loving husband to his wife Wanda for 51 years. He was a wonderful father and grandfather and we will miss him. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 6:00pm, Sunday, January 22, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH.
