James Hruska

James Hruska, 67, of Delaware, Ohio, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on August 10, 2015.

He was born January 20, 1948 in Ashtabula, OH., son to Edward and Julia (Sebastian) Hruska, who preceded him in death.

Jim worked at General Motors, Lordstown, Ohio for 40 years. He was the Data Response Team Leader at the time of his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, NASCAR, playing cards with his grandchildren, going on cruises with his wife, and doing puzzles. He took great pride in working with his hands and lifting them in worship.

Surviving are his loving wife Sharon "Share" of 38 years, daughter Desirée (Matt) Neff, and grandchildren Isaac and Hannah Neff, sisters Jeanne (Larry) Carlson, Gayle (Gene) Ollila, Val Ursetta, and Barb (Tom) Kraynak. Also many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Aunts, and many friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday August 15, 2015, 1:00pm to 3:00pm, with services following, at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH., 43231.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a GoFundMe account to help the family with expenses incurred from Jim's lengthy illness.
