James Powell, 60, of Columbus, passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born April 20, 1948 in Columbus. Jim is preceded in death by his father, Henry Powell. He is survived by his mother, Virginia (Combs) Powell; sisters, Susanne Conkling and Nancy Fisher; nephews, Scott and Jeff Predmore. Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio
