James Voelker, 80, passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2022 in Newark, Ohio.
He was born on August 9, 1941 in Waverly, Ohio to the late Paul and Pearl Voelker.
James is preceded in death by his wife, Faye Voelker.
James is survived by son, Gary Voelker; grandchildren, James (Christy) Voelker, Brittney (Ryan) Weever, Christopher (Leah) Voelker; several great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 from 9am to 11am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231 with a funeral service immediately following at 11am also at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel. He will be laid to rest at Union Cemetery.
