James W. Cordle, 64, Westerville, passed away Thursday, January 31, 2013. Jim was born in Dayton, OH on April 2, 1948, to Eugene and Patricia (Beckman) Cordle and is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Christine Cordle.
Survivors include his son, James E. Cordle; sister, Lynda (Randal) Brooks; one granddaughter; niece, Michelle (Keith) Davis; nephew, Jason Brooks; great-niece, Riley Brooks and many friends.
Jim was an over-the-road truck driver for 22 years; an avid Nascar fan; built several race car engines himself and raced them.
At Jim's request, there will be no services. Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH is honored to serve Jim's family.
