James J. Wolf

James Joseph Wolf, age 67, born in Columbus, Ohio on September 5,1955 died at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center on Sunday, March 26, 2023. Preceded in death by parents Marianne (Fowler) and Richard Rudolph Wolf; nieces Annette Livingston, Connie Welz; brothers-in-law, Jeffery Swartz and James Vaughan. This year he would have celebrated 40 years together with his wife Jane Michele Bauer (married 37 years). He is also survived by siblings, Betty Swartz, Sally Livingston, Susan Wolf (Jerry Collamore), Dennis Wolf (Jackie Wolf); sisters-in-law, Connie Bauer, Diane (Randy) Crawford; brother-in-law Tom (Val) Bauer; nieces Madisen Welz, Treva Johnson, Katie (Adam) Starr, Bernadette (Adam) Bogner; nephews Danny Giffin, Ryan (Beth) Bauer, Todd (Melinda) Bauer; many great nieces, great nephews, and cousins. Jim graduated from St. Mary Magdalene School, Bishop Ready High School, Columbus Technical Institute (Associate of Electronic Engineering), Franklin University (Bachelor of Science Electronic Engineering). He also attended Ohio State University. He loved math and statistics. He developed Wolf Video Poker tutorial software. There will be no service. Please visit the pictorial celebration of Jim's life.
