James "Mike" Zinn, age 69, passed away on April 29, 2022. He was born on May 30, 1952 in Radcliff, Ohio to the late Merle and Paul Zinn.
Mike is survived by his children, Ashley Zinn and Derek (Amanda) Zinn; grandchildren, Demree, Denten, Logan and Payton (mother: Jennifer Hammond), Eden Zinn and Joselyn Minor (mother: Allison Zinn); great-grandchild, Paisley Layton, many friends and other extended family members. Mike was preceded by his wife, Linda and son, Brandon.
Mike was a 1970 graduate of the Vinton County Consolidate High School where he met his greatest love, Linda. They were married for 43 years before her passing in October of 2017. Mike had over 40 years of being a barber for the Grove City community before retiring in 2018. He enjoyed watching The Ohio State College football games, old Westerns and he was an avid reader.
The visitation will be held on Friday, May 6, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Newcomer-SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway in Grove City,
Ohio 43123. The Graveside Service will be at 2:00 p.m. at Keeton Cemetery in Zaleski, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to assist with Funeral Expenses.
