Jan Ream

Janice Aleen (Moose) Ream, age 87 of Grove City, passed away on November 26, 2021. She was born on May 10, 1934 to the late Roger and Edna Moose. She was preceded in death by son Scott William. She is survived by children Greg Ream, Jeff (Lisa) Ream, Doug (Kammy) Ream, Jennifer (Jeff) Rezes, 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Jan is retired from The Columbus Police Training Academy. Jan's real passion was music. Her soprano voice could be heard from Charity Newsies singing the National Anthem, to Vaudvillities, The Columbus Symphony, or her church. Jan was a very caring and generous woman to no fault. She loved God and worshipped at Northwest Bible Church for many years when she was well. She would take some of her grandchildren yearly to Bible Study as well as others to be the wonderful role model she was and enter them into plays with the choir as well. She tried tirelessly to turn her children into gentlemen and a lady to no avail, but loved her feral children in their entirety and without judgment. She loved going home to Woodsfield, OH to visit her brothers and gardening until dark.
