Jan Rees, went to meet the Lord on her 68th birthday, Sept. 16, 2015. She was preceded in death by parents, Willard Rees and Thelma (Mac) McClure.
Jan is survived by children, Kim Lewis, Montel Lamarr Lewis, and Toby (Kim) Hawk; grandchildren, Kristeen Graves, Haleigh Lewis, Brittani Hawk, Tyson Hawk, Carson Hawk, and Hunter Hawk; brother, Richard (Ruth) Rees and family; as well as other family and friends.
Jan was a special and beloved mother and grandmother.
Visitation Sunday, Sept. 20, 2015 from 10am - 12pm and 2pm until the time of Funeral Service at 4pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment Monday, Sept. 21, 2015 at 10:30 am at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
Donations may be made in Jan's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
