Jan E. Weeks

Jan E. Weeks, born on January 18, 1962, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and joy that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. A cherished mother, friend, wife, sister and grandmother, Jan was a woman of exceptional kindness and light. Her laughter was infectious, brightening even the darkest of days and bringing a smile to everyone around her. 

Playful and good-natured, Jan enjoyed life’s simple pleasures; ice cream, chocolate, time outside in the sun, gardening, baking and her cherished little dog, Charlie. She was generous with her time and talents. She had an eye for beauty and a heart for serving others. From crocheted blankets, embroidery, and tole painting, to handwritten notes, homemade halloween costumes, and custom decorated birthday cakes, Jan crafted an intentional, beautiful life for her family and friends. 

She is survived by her three daughters, Kristyn, Devon, and Kaitlyn and her loving husband, Mike.

A visitation will be held in her honor at Newcomer Funeral Home, Northwest in Powell, Ohio, on December 20, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service beginning at 12:00 PM.
