Janet G. Dixon, 87, of Pickerington, OH went home to be with her Lord and has found peace and comfort in His arms on October 27, 2021.
Janet was born February 17, 1934 in Alum Creek, WV to Curtis and Ellen (Pauley) Banks.
She was an avid gardener, loved baking, playing cards and talking with her friends on her front porch.
Janet will be deeply missed by her children Deborah (Mark) Hutsko, Robert Dixon; grandchildren Tanya (Arvin) Singh, David (Dana) Hutsko, Cody (Alison) Dixon, Kristin (Matt) Vondersaar; great-grandchildren Felicity, Naya, Madison, Alexandra, Tenaya, Anna, Andrew, Aidan, Kara, Allison, Jackson; brothers Don (Linda) Banks, Jerry (Geraldine) Banks along with many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents, husband and love of her life Robert Dixon, brothers Jack Banks and Randy Banks.
Visitation will be Monday, November 1, 2021, from 6pm to 8pm and Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 9am until the time of service at 10am at Newcomer NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus.
Private family burial will be at Blendon Township Cemetery.
