Janet R. Ramsey (Kennard), 74, passed away November 29, 2010. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Tilford Gary Ramsey; daughters, Melanie Ramsey, Misti (Jeff) Cline and Mandie (Chris Keen) Congrove; grandchildren, Gage and Fallon Cline; sisters, Nellie Dusseau, Mary Dodson, Ruth Reber and Linda Rexrode; in-laws, Jewell Wriston, Wanda Neal, Phyllis Backus, Sally Ramsey and Joe Moore; special friends, Charlie and Carolyn Gardner and Tracie Young; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends. A celebration of her life will be held, Saturday, December 11, 2010 at 7486 Feder Rd., Galloway, OH 43119 at 1 PM. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home, Grove City, OH.
