Janet Leslie Spade, 58, of Worthington, passed away Monday, December 11, 2006, at Riverside Methodist Hospital. She was born November 24, 1948, in Trenton, New Jersey, daughter of John and Mary German Thomas. In addition to her parents she is survived by a son, Chris Spade; daughters, Tara Bethany Spade and Scarlet Downing Spade. grandson, Damon Christopher Spade. Memorial service will be Saturday, December 16, 2006 at 11:00 AM at Jesus Emmanuel O.C.H.C. 60 High St. Seville, Ohio 44273 with the Rev. Daniel Fickes officiating.
