Janetta Kraft

Janetta E. (MacBlane) Kraft, 83, went to be with the Lord April 9, 2012. She was born May 31, 1928 in Columbus, to the late William and Elizabeth (Proffitt) MacBlane. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Kraft Sr., and brother William MacBlane Jr.

Janetta retired from the Franklin County Welfare Department, where she made many long lasting friendships. She was a woman of strong faith and will be remembered for her beautiful big smile, personality, her quick wit and passion for sharing stories of her life.

She will be missed by her loving family, daughters, Deborah Woods, Pamela Baker (Joseph), sons, Richard Kraft Jr., Michael Kraft (Betty), grandchildren, Ron Anderson Jr. (Jennifer), Jamie Anderson (Jessica), Paul Baker, Cristin Saguisi (Nat), Ryan Baker (Sarah), Kevin Kraft (Cheryl), Bill Kraft (Jennifer), Mark Kraft, Rachel Kraft, Michelle Kraft, 16 great-grandchildren, in-laws, nieces, cousins and friends.

Family will receive friends Thursday, April 12, 2012 from 5-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. Funeral services will be officiated by Pastor Ethan Magee, at 11 am on Friday, April 13, 2012 at Eastland Christian Church, 3371 Noe Bixby Rd, Columbus, OH 43232 with visitation one hour prior. Interment Glen Rest Cemetery.
