Janice Lee Readout, 84, of Grove City, passed away May 26, 2024. Janice was born in Columbus, Ohio on October 4, 1939 to Paul and Jeanette VanOrder.
Our mom Janice, and Nanny will never be forgotten, for loving and adoring her family. They were the best thing in her life. We laughed a lot, and she never let her friends or family down. She loved them dearly. She is an Angel.
Janice retired from Mt Carmel after 31 years. In her free time Janice enjoyed playing euchre, and loved her euchre gals. She also belong to the KTC club, this club was a group of friends that formed in junior high school and stayed together to this day.
She was preceded in death by her loving Husband of 50 years, Clarence E Readout; Father, Paul VanOrder, Sr.; Mother, Jeanette Townsend; Brother, Donald VanOrder, Sr.; She is survived by her Daughter, Stephanie Readout; Elaina McAllister, Son, Scott (Lisa Eisnaugle Readout) Readout; Sister-In-Law, Marie VanOrder; Two Brothers, James (Gayle) VanOrder, Paul H (Donna) VanOrder Jr.; Three grandchildren, Chad (Cara) Readout, Zachary (Andrea) Readout, Tori (Cole) Readout- Courtney; six great grandchildren, Zion Readout, Asher Readout, Londyn Readout, Lynlee Readout, Lakelynn Readout, Benjamin Courtney.
Family and friends may call on Friday, May 31, 2024 from 2:00 pm-4:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, and a funeral service to follow. She will be laid to rest at Grove City Cemetery by her husband. Memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Church, 4501 Hoover Rd, Grove City, Ohio 43123.
