Janice Kay (Tigner) Slabaugh, 60, passed away on June 18, 2021. She was born on October 5, 1960 in Columbus, OH.
She is survived by mother, Dolores (Brofford) Stuller, longtime friend and companion Lawrence McManus, children, Jeffrey L. McWilliams Jr., Christina M. (Marcus) Woodrum, Valerie K. (Marco) Pickenpaugh, Stephanie A. Eckstine, siblings, Robert L. Tigner, Michael A. (Donna) Tigner, Cynthia M. (Derwin) Morris, James M. Tigner, grandchildren, Kayli Soublet, Jaila McBride, Zaionna Caldwell, Jovon McBride, Zaierra Caldwell, Marlie Shope, Blake Woodrum, Jalessa Whitehead, longtime friends, Tressa Stevens, Lawrence (Tiger) Malone, and grandkids, Emily, Holley and Zackery and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Slabaugh, father, Robert T. Tigner, step-father, Ron Stuller, brother, Raymond Tigner, niece, Marie Morris, nephew, Jay Morris, aunt, Shirley Stanley and uncle Jay (Fox) Stanley.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8pm, Friday, June 25, 2021 at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, OH 43231. A funeral service will begin at 10am, Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Full Armor Church of God, 14454 East Broad Street, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.
Burial will follow at Mifflin Township Cemetery, Gahanna, OH.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
