Janie Carter, age 59 of Columbus, passed away on August 19, 2023. She was born on August 22, 1963 in Huntington, WV. Janie is survived by her loving sons TJ Carter and Cory Carter, sisters Patricia Carter, Judy Jackson and Sue Stapleton. She was preceded in death by husband Timothy Carter, grandparents Robert and Jeanie Pelfrey, mother Sadie Sullivan, siblings Paula Campbell, Michael Pelfrey and Kevin Sullivan.
