Jacqueline M. Blanchard, 62, of Columbus, passed away July 22, 2011. She was born Oct. 1, 1948 in Wheeling, WV to the late Woodrow W. and Charlotte L. Wallace. Her survivors include her children, Charlotte (Terrance) Hamler, Charmon (Chris) Richardson, Mark, Bruce (Sue) and Bianca Blanchard; siblings, Darius Wallace, Norma Tubaugh and Donna (Vernon) Brown; nine grandchildren; a host of relatives and friends. A viewing will be held on Sat. July 30, 2011 from 11:30 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2500 McCutcheon Rd in Columbus.
