Jason Pietras

Jason Pietras, 44 of Columbus, Ohio, passed away peacefully in his sleep and went to be with the Lord on January 19, 2022. Born in Toledo, Ohio on March 12, 1977, Jason is survived by his mother, Linda Boyle of Toledo, Ohio, and his uncle, Donald Kozlowski of Toledo, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, step-father and father. Jason grew up in Toledo, Ohio and graduated from Rogers High School in 1995. He attended Owens Community College, University of Toledo and Ohio State University for a short time. There he fell in love with Columbus and wanted to be with his high school friends and Ohio State fans. His love for football was out of this world, especially for the Dallas Cowboys – he never missed a game! Jason had a love for animals (like his mother and grandmother) and had many dogs that he enjoyed throughout the years. Many heartfelt thanks to his friends that loved him as we did. He had a kind heart and soul and will be greatly missed by so many. Rest in heavenly peace Jason – gone too soon but will NEVER be forgotten. In our hearts and on our minds always.
