Jaxson Von Gundy, 3 months, infant son of Loren and Brynn Von Gundy passed away October 18, 2011. He was born on June 29, 2011 in Columbus. In addition to his parents, Jaxson is survived by brother, Brayden Von Gundy, maternal grandparents, Joe and Mitzi Fay, paternal grandparents, Tony and Sally Von Gundy and Sally and Ted Lukemire and many aunts, uncles and extended family.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 6:00 to 8:00pm, Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, October 24, 2011 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to any Fifth Third Bank, c/o Jaxson Von Gundy Memorial Fund, Make a Wish Foundation, 2545 Farmers Drive, Suite 300, Columbus, OH 43235 or to A Kid Again, 777-G Dearborn Park Lane, Columbus, OH 43085.
