Jean Bartley

Wilma "Jean" Bartley, 70, passed away April 4, 2022. She was preceded in death by parents, William Jennings and Alice Marie Blackburn; husband, Ted Bartley; siblings, Robert Blackburn, Hobert Blackburn, Mary (John) Nelson, Larry Blackburn, and Bill Blackburn. Jean is survived by children, Greg (Cristy) Mullens and Kimberly (Jeff) Elliott; grandsons, Greg (Jessica) Mullens, Corey (Emily) Mullens, Dylan (Vivienne) Mullens, Jeffery Elliott, Brandon (Heather) Elliott, and Jacob (Alyssa) Elliott; great-grandsons, Theodore Elliott, Christian Elliott, Cash Mullens, and Harlen Mullens; three great-grandchildren on the way; siblings, David (Yvonne) Blackburn, Helen (Floyd) Tatman, and James Blackburn; many nieces and nephews; and furry companions, Dolly and Dixie.

Jean was the true matriarch of the family. She was very outgoing and had a huge heart. Jean loved everyone and they loved her. Her family was her world, especially all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation Monday, April 11, 2022 from 10am until the time of Funeral Service at 1pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment to follow at Obetz Cemetery, Obetz, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jean's memory to Columbus Humane, 3015 Scioto Darby Executive Ct., Hilliard, OH 43026.
