Jean E. Chiplinski

Jean E. Chiplinski, 92, of Columbus, passed away on October 25, 2024. She was born in Mount Vernon, Ohio on December 22, 1931 to the late Herbert and Cordelia (Schwartz) Marietta. 

Those left to cherish Jean’s memory include children, Kathy (Jim) Passero, Barbara (Lou) Johnson, Gary Richards, Pat (Kathy) Richards, Mike Richards, and Tracie Carsey; grandchildren, Angela (Dan) Haskins, Ashley Johnson (Ian Henning, Fiancé), Andy (Shanelle) Richards, Casey Richards, Amanda Carsey, Gary Wayne (Caitlyn) Carsey, Josh (Megan) Richards, Bill Daniels, Samantha Batchhelder, Kailin Batchelder; siblings, Herbert Marietta, and Joanne Erskine; great-grandchildren, Quinn and Violet, Tristan, Grayson, and Peyton, AJ, Malayna, Ryleigh, and Grayson; as well as many other close family members and friends. 

Jean was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Bob, Jim, and Jerry Marietta; and sister, Janice Marietta.
