Jeannie Reffett

Gloria Jean "Jeannie" Reffett, age 58, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away on June 27, 2024. Jeannie was born on March 22, 1966 to William and Nancy Cruse in Columbus, Ohio. 

Along with her father, she is preceded in death by her beloved dogs, Mimi and Skye.

She is lovingly survived by her husband of 17 years, Ron Reffett, her children, Lauren Williamson and Cameron Williamson, her momma, Nancy Cruse, her siblings, Marlena (Bill) Ling, Chris (Tony) McMahon, and Bill (Aimee) Cruse, her grandchildren, Aiden, Taya, Olivia, and Caz, many nieces and nephews, her beloved dog, Poppy, and numerous family members and friends.

She deeply loved her Savior and her church, her dogs, and her family and friends. Jeannie loved a good yard-sale and the beach. She loved working the Buckeye Booth at the Ohio State Fair every year. She absolutely hated bugs. And glitter. She will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.

The family would like to send a special thank you to The James Cancer Hospital and Hospice of OSU for their comfort and care. 

Family and friends may call on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at Newcomer NW Chapel, 10051 Brewster Lane, Powell, Ohio 43065 from 4pm-7pm for calling hours, with a funeral service following starting at 7pm with Pastor Dylan Rowland officiating. 

A burial service will take place on Friday, July 5, 2024 at 11am at Shauck Cemetery, 7607 U.S. 42 Mansfield, Ohio. A Reception will follow at Covenant OPC 473 W. Cook Rd. Mansfield, Ohio 44907.
