Jeffrey D. Clark, age 51, passed away at home, surrounded by his wife and two sons on January 15, 2021. He was born on March 1, 1969 in Columbus, Ohio. Jeff was an avid fisher and hunter, who passed his love for the outdoors to his sons, Cole and Kane.
He is preceded in death grandparents: Everett and Nannie Mullins, Jeff always had a special bond with both of his grandparents. He is also preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Clark.
He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Lori Hall Clark; sons, Cole and Kane; sisters: Ronda Thiel, Michele (Mike) Thomas, and Tammie (Dave) Gholson; brother, Jason (Julie) Clark; and mother, Sue Clark; long time friends, Matt White and Chris Price; along with many other special nieces, nephews, dear friends, and family.
Services will be private for immediate family only. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jeff's name to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Dr. Tampa, Florida 33607.
