Jeffrey L. Smith

Jeffrey L. Smith, 55, of Columbus passed away February 29, 2012. He was born March 20, 1956. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Smith. Survivors include his wonderful, loving mom, Beverly Phyllis Thomas; soul mate & love of his life, Debbie Smith; proudest accomplishments, his children, Chad Smith and Stephanie Ayers; most favorite "Unca Greg" Rowland; siblings, Samye (Steve) Davies, Tina (Woody) Alexander, Saundra Evans, Jeff (Mary Jo) Smith and Ernie (Willie) Smith; inlaws, Nancy Schroeder, Mike Mutters, Mike & Linda Frazee, Randy Mutters, Susan Johnson, Wendy Jacobs and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and more friends than you can count. Jeff had a God-given talent and was an awesome guitar player and musician. He was also an actor for more than 25 yrs in many local theaters including Little Theater off Broadway and Cloak & Dagger Dinner Theater, to name a few. He was absolutely the life of any party! Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday March 11, 2012 at The Chapel at Worthington Woods, 760 Worthington Woods Blvd, Columbus, OH 43085 with visitation following from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Salvation Army A.R.C. 1675 S. High St., Columbus, OH 43207.
