Jennifer is survived by mother, Mary West; sons, Timothy (Melissa) Werth, Matthew (Jen) Werth; grandchildren, Austin Werth, Ethan Werth, Aubree Werth, Vinny Werth, Nina Werth; brothers, Mark West, Mike (Deanna) West, Matt (Diane) West, Pat (Brenda) West.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, December 4, 2022 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm and Monday, December 5, 2022 from 10:00am to 11:00am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022 at 11:00 am also at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel.
