Jeremy is survived by his loving parents, Jill (John) Coplan and Rob (Amy) Cruz, siblings Jami Witherup, Carrie Walbright, Alexandria Coplan, Nick (Kamerin) Cruz and Danny (Emily) Morrison, nieces Elliot and Hunter and nephew Dominick.
Jeremy was loved by a huge family and many friends. He lived his life loud and fast and will deeply be missed.
