Jerome A. Jones, 33, Columbus, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, December 23, 2010. Jerome was born in Columbus on May 2, 1977, to Jerome A. Burton and Rosalind Ann Phillips Jordan and is preceded in death by his father and Grandparents. Survivors include his mother, Rosalind Ann (Joseph) Jordan; sister, Leah Jordan; brothers, Richard and Cordell Phillips; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Jerome worked for the Ohio State University for 5 years. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2010, 11:00 AM till Noon at Lincoln Park Community Baptist Church, 675 Markison Avenue, 43207 with the Funeral Service to follow at Noon. Interment to follow at Union Cemetery. Pastor James A. Carter, Jr. will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jerome's name to Netcare Foundation, 199 South Central Avenue, Columbus, OH 43223.
