Jerry, 60, of Columbus, passed away on Friday December 11, 2009. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, James and Elizabeth "BJ" Jackson. He is survived by three daughters, Shelly (Michael) Clark, Sherry (James) Valley and Antoinette "Fred" (Ryan) Blacker, grandchildren Taylor, Nicole and Paige Valley, Justin and Justina Clark, Krystal Cohn, Adam and Aaron Christman, Kyle and Andrew Jackson, siblings Janice, Norman, David and James Jackson, and ex wife Dorothy Dixon. Private services will be held.
