Jerry Edward Massey, age 83, passed away on February 25, 2024. He was born on June 4, 1940 in Charleston, West Virginia to the late Edward Massey and Helen (Butler) Massey. He is preceded in death by his parents. Jerry is survived by his loving wife of nearly 62 years, Carolyn (Johnson) Massey; children, Kevin, Jeff, Tammy, and Paul Massey; grandchildren, Tiffany McCune, Amanda Flaherty, Brandie Newsome, Jessie James, Warren Massey, Amanda Lloyd, Emily Mullins, Kyle Boylan, and Krystle Boylan; 24 great grandchildren; and a host of other extended family and friends. Jerry attended Shrewsbury Grade School, Cedar Grove High School and also the Charleston Business School. He also was employed with S.S. Kresge, Newberry's Dept. Store, ABF Freight Co., and retired from yellow Freight Co. Friends may call at the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from 11:00am until time of funeral at 1:00pm.
