Jerry Robert Summit, age 75, went to his heavenly home on Monday, September 4, 2023. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 3pm, with a gathering from 2-3pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123.
Jerry was born in Sacramento, CA on March 25, 1948 to John Robert and Mary (Sudduth) Summit.
He married his wife Grace "Eileen" (Connor) Summit on September 4, 1971 and is survived by his wife, sister Diane R. (Brad) Connor, son Jeffrey R. (Jessica) Summit and three granddaughters Ainsley, Arlynn, and Drexlyn; as well as many nieces, a nephew, and cousins.
Jerry was employed by the United States Postal Service as a postal clerk for 42 years. He loved attending Bible Study groups at Grace Polaris Church in Westerville, OH where he was a member of the church for many years and loved learning about his Lord Jesus Christ.
