Jewell B. Morris

Jewell B. (Buzzard) Morris, 87, of Groveport, OH passed away November 3, 2021. Jewell was born July 3, 1934 in Notomine Kanawha, WV to Vanden and Icie (Williams) Buzzard.

She was a member of the Rosie Reds for many years, she loved going on cruises, loved to bowl and enjoyed going to the Moose Lodge with Clayton.

Jewell will be deeply missed by her; children Derwin (Cindy) Morris, Debra (Dave) Keister, Sherwin (Terri) Morris, Julie (Doug) Thornton; grandchildren Brian Keister, Jordan Morris, Janette (Josh) Smith, Logan (Peyton) Morris, Michelle (Nick) Leow, Amanda Morris, Garrett Morris, Sydney Thornton, Matthew Thornton; great-grandchildren Aubrey Keister, Hunner Smith, Alayna Morris-Smith, Carter Leow, along with many other family and friends.

Jewell was preceded in death by her parents, husband Clayton, grandchildren Derwin Jay Morris, Marie Annette Morris, Leila Mae (Keister) Sprague, great-grandson Noah Sprague, sisters Myrle, Wedith, Lois, Eula.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 9, 2021, from 5pm to 8pm and again on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 from 11am until the time of service at 12pm at Newcomer NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus. Burial will be at Mifflin Cemetery.
