Jewell Snow, 80, of Westerville, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2008, surrounded by her loving family. Born to Elzie and Alta (Lemaster)Pelphrey in Van Lear, KY on April 6, 1928, Jewell was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Opal, Eula, Freda, Rose Marie; brothers, Otchel, Howard and James. Survivors include her daughter, Brenda (Duane) McDonald; sons, Rick (Debbie), Tom (Becky), Bob, Brian (Holly) Snow; sister, Mairiam Loring; grandchildren, Dani, Dustin, McKenzie, Trace, Rhieana (Mike), Ryan (Ana), Shaun, Jimmy and Adrian; great-grandchildren, Olivia and Kaelin; many friends and relatives. Jewell will always be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2008, 4-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with the Funeral Service on Wednesday, October 22, 2008, 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
