Jill Ann Turner, 69, passed away June 5, 2010. She was born February 20, 1941 to Carvel and Anabel Echard. In addition to her parents, Jill was preceded in death by her husband, Harold. She is survived by her children, Tonya (Alan) Sturm, Angie (John Baumer) Turner and Jason Turner; brother, Ben (Betsy) Echard; grandchildren, Jacob, Mitch, Jesse, Mason and Hope Sturm, Aaron, Austin and Joshua Turner; as well as furry companion, Maggie. Jill was proud of her years of nursing. Both as the head nurse at Children's Hospital and later as the nursing supervisor for over 15 years at the Buckeye Ranch. With her husband Harold, she spent many summer days sharing their love of boating with their children, family and friends. She loved Harold every moment of their 43 years together and left a legacy of commitment to marriage. She made being a mother her true calling and her children now have memories of family, laughter and love. Visitation, Tuesday, June 8, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service, Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 10 AM at the funeral home.
