Joan "Darlene", 60, of Ashville went to rest with the Lord Monday December 14th , 2009. Darlene retired from Big Bear Bakery after twenty-six years of service. Darlene is preceded in death by her parents, Rudolph Risinger and Wanda (Nee Brown) Gheen. She is survived by her beloved husband of forty-two years, Richard M. Kuykendall, three loving daughters, Jackie Spriggs, Cindy Kuykendall both of Columbus and Karie (Brian) Janek of TX, four loving sisters, Patricia Rose, Janet Saez, Carol Hannah all of Columbus, and Joyce Riddle of Fairfield, one loving brother, Rudy Risinger of Columbus, eight sweet grandchildren, one darling great granddaughter and many nieces and nephews. Darlene was a beautiful and loving person who will be truly missed. Please join us in celebrating her life, visitation will be held on Friday December 18th , 2009 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Memorial service will be Saturday, December 19th , 2009 at 11:00 am, all at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City. Donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
