Jodi Lynn Mains, 66, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away July 24, 2021.
She was born in Columbus on June 6, 1955, to the late William and Dorothy (Harris) Savely.
She is also preceded in death by her loving husband of over 25 years, Loren Mains; and sister, Pam Savely.
Surviving family includes loving and devoted son, Tyler (Alex) Mains; cherished grandsons, Flynn, Conlan and Rory (due in October); sister, Debbie (Mike) Beckman; mother-in-law, Wanda Mains; brother-in-law, Ed Gallagher; sisters-in-law, Sherry (Ron) Windland and Wendy (Jeff) McGee; nephew, Mike (Maren) Beckman; niece, Kristen (Bobby) Weimer; as well as other loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Jodi was a graduate of The Ohio State University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She worked for over 30 years with the State of Ohio and in recent years worked in the workers' compensation arena. Jodi was known for her independent spirit, work-ethic, and strong-willed personality throughout her years. Most notably, she was a one-of-a-kind Grandma, who loved to spoil her grandchildren and spend every possible moment with them.
A celebration of life for Jodi will be held at a later date (to be announced). In lieu of flowers or cards, please make a donation to the American Cancer Society in her name.
