Joseph A. Miller, 57, of Columbus, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2011 at St. Ann's Hospital. He was born March 6, 1954, in Gallipolis, son of the late Earl J. and Martha JoAnn Christner Miller. In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his brother, Bryan Keith Miller and son-in-law, Ronald Maurice Pitts. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathy Brookover Miller; daughter, Danielle Miller-Pitts; son, Joseph A. Miller; brother, Greg A. Miller of Orlando, FL; grandchildren, Briana Pitts, Michael Fuqua and Marquise Fuqua. Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus. Joe was a gentle, kind soul that always put his family first. He truly had a gift when it came to trivia, crossword puzzles and a broad knowledge in many areas. Joe will be dearly missed by all who had the priviledge to meet him.
