Joel Adkins age 67 of Columbus passed away Saturday, September 27, 2003 at Mount Carmel Hospital West. Survived by son Brian; former wife Catherine Adkins both of Columbus; brothers and sisters Thelma Linley of Grove City, Marie (James) Adkins of WV, Charles Adkins of WV, Shirley (Bud) Lockard of Columbus, Jimmy (Pat) Adkins of WV and Barbara (Lloyd) Workman of TN. Visitation Tuesday, 5-8 PM at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME. Funeral service Wednesday 10 AM at the funeral home. Pastor Tom Wright officiating. Interment is in Grove City Cemetery, Grove City.
