John A. Cummings III, 66, of Westerville, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at St. Ann's. He was born February 4, 1945, in Pittsburgh, PA, son of the late John and Marian Delphi Cummings II. John is survived by his wife, Beverly Uvanitte Cummings; sons, John (Marianne) IV, Chad (Emily) and Troy (April) Cummings; stepdaughters, Denise (Sally) Shakespeare, Deborah, Paula (Scott Wirtanen) Operach and Jennifer (Scott) Creesy; sister, Diane (Edward) St. John and 22 grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, August 6, 2011 from 12:00-2:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City, with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 6931 Arlington Rd. 2nd Floor Bethesda, MD 20814.
