John E. Stewart 78, Columbus, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2011. John was born in Lamberton, PA on November 25, 1932, and is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Marilynn S. Guyer. Survivors include his daughter, Nikki M. (Tim) Crawley; sons, Doug (Cindy) Stewart and Eddie (Louisa) Stewart; sister, Lorraine Dudas; brother, Jim (Fran) Stewart; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; mother of his children; Mary Stewart; special friend, Carol Trott; nieces, nephews and many friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2011, 5-8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123 with the Funeral Service on Friday, October 28, 2011, 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Mifflin Twp Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 870 Michigan Avenue, Columbus, OH 43215.
