John is survived by his wife Tammy; sons, Joshua, Matthew, David and Thomas; parents; Francis and Garnette; sister, Joyce and many relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at Vineyard Christian Fellowship, 3005 Holt Rd. Grove City, OH 43123 with funeral services immediately following visitation at 1:00 PM. Burial in Sunset Cemetery.
