John L. Gwynn, retired Air Force, Columbus, passed away Friday, November 12, 2010. John is preceded in death by his parents, John and Cleo Gwynn; sister, Vivian Pennix; brother, Marvin Gwynn. John is survived by his wife, Barbara "Jeanne" Gwynn ; daughter, Alonda (Melvin) Gwynn-Tate; son, Charles E. Gwynn; grandchildren; sisters, Ardelia Bigelow, Wilma (Scokkie) Jeffries, Marjorie (Sammy) Lee; brother, Arthur (Doris) Gwynn; former son-in-law, Walter L. Williams, Jr. John worked for DCSC for 10 years. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 15, 2010, 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with full Military Honors at 2:00 PM at Northlawn Memory Gardens, Westerville, OH.
