John Peter Libertino, 67, of Columbus, OH passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2022. John was born November 16, 1954 in Brooklyn, NY to Patsy and Jennie (Vomiro) Libertino.
John's carried a big heart and was charismatic by nature. His entertaining personality and energy always filled the room. Wherever he went he was fondly remembered. Some of John's favorite pastimes were cooking, spending time outdoors, and collecting music. Over the course of his career, John worked primarily as truck driver and occasionally in security.
John will be deeply missed by his; ex wife: Beelian Angwin; children: Mark Edelman, Kevin Libertino, Alicia Libertino; sisters: Kathryn Maltese, Paula Occhipinti.
John was preceded in death by his sisters Vita Libertino, Theresa Garver and Margret Scheuermann.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 28, 2022, from 9am until the time of service at 10am at Newcomer NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery.
