John Michaels, 65, of Columbus, OH passed away July 27, 2013 surrounded by his family and friends.
He was born on August 20, 1947 in Columbus, OH to John D. and Donna (Brandt) Michaels, who preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death is his brother, Charlie Michaels.
Surviving family includes, wife, Kenda, sister, Rita Michaels of Lancaster, OH and brother, Paul Michaels of Texas.
John was a proud veteran serving in the U.S. Navy. He was a custodian at Washington Elementary School at Hilliard City Schools.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00pm, Sunday, August 11, 2013 at the Sunbury United Methodist Church, 100 West Cherry Street, Sunbury, OH 43074.
Please dress casual.....John loved his blue jeans!
